How I Manage My Stress
I have many ways to manage my stress. However, my ways depend on the reasons why I have stress and where I have to manage it. First of all, when I am stressed for important things I go outside to take a walk. Taking a walk is the best way the change my mind and I can take a walk everywhere. The second thing that I do it is chew gum, and I can also do that everywhere and at anytime. Although the one I use the more often when I have a huge problem is going in the bush and walking on the side of the river. I like that because I can hear the birds singing and the sound of the wind between the trees. Finally, I think everybody has different ways to manage their stress, and that is mine.
