How I Manage My Stress
I have many ways to manage my stress. However, my ways depend on the reasons why I have stress and where I have to manage it. First of all, when I am stressed for important things I go outside to take a walk. Taking a walk is the best way the change my mind and I can take a walk everywhere. The second thing that I do it is chew gum, and I can also do that everywhere and at anytime. Although the one I use the more often when I have a huge problem is going in the bush and walking on the side of the river. I like that because I can hear the birds singing and the sound of the wind between the trees. Finally, I think everybody has different ways to manage their stress, and that is mine.

Global Warming
Now in the world, the people do not have enough respect to the earth. That’s why Al Gore is showing all the problems about the global warning and explaining many issues around the world. This great documentary makes me realized that we don’t really care about the earth’s problems and makes me very. I think it was a good idea to listened this movie, because now I’m trying to save energy or don’t use my car just for fun. When i was watching the movie, I thought about the things that I do and what I do to the earth. I also think of everybody should watch this documentary. After I watched this movie, I try to warn my family about the problems.

How to Become a Great Athlete

I know a lot of people who want to be professional athletes. However, they don’t want to make all the sacrifices. For example, I know all young players want to play in the NHL, although according to a study made in Ontario, the chances to play in the NHL are five in one thousand. You can be a great athlete even if you are not going in the NHL or professional leagues. To become a good athlete you must make many sacrifices, you have to train a lot and you are obliged to be motivated.
First of all, when I was young, I wanted to become a professional hockey player, but I didn’t make sacrifices. Also, I know some great hockey players who could have played in the NHL. However, they preferred to have fun with their friends for example going to the bar every night or meeting new girls every weekend. They wanted to play in the high level and have fun every weekend without sacrifices, it is impossible. On the other hand, I know some guys who are doing cycling and playing. They are making sacrifices all the time because they want to be professional. Every night, they go to bed early, they wake up early for a good training, they eat very well and they go out one time a month.
Furthermore, to become a professional athlete you have to train hard and you must have a good coach. If you have a great coach, you know you increase your chances to win and you’re throwing the pressure on someone else’s shoulder. Therefore, you have more time to get concentrate and to focus on the game or the competition. You have to make a schedule of your month with all the details about your training. You could write how your training has been and what you have to upgrade. Also, you can describe your feeling during the training; it is a good way to know how to eat before a hard training. With your coach, he should make you work very hard and intense. He should also work on your heart frequency with different types of exercise for example, jogging or biking. Therefore, when you have free time you can make little things for upgrade your skills. For example, a hockey player can play with a small ball and a stick just for be more confidence with the stick. Also, if you have a great coach, he will help you to be more focus in the training, cheer when you do something good and help you not to go out every night.
As well, in all the sports in the world, the athletes are very motivated. Then you too, you must be motivated. You have to have a dream and always work on this goal. For instance, when you go to the gym, you have to work hard for this goal and if you do that you should be more motivated. The motivation is very important in all sports because in the sport if you want to become a professional athlete, you have to climb to different level. There are many ways to get motivated. For example, before a game or competition you could listen to music and stay focused on what you hate to do. The motivation is important to stay positive and to help you when you have problems. Sometimes it is very hard to stay motivated, but if you have a great coach or good friends, they can allow you to continue to believe on your dream.

Most importantly, you have to find the perfect girl. She can be anywhere, for example: the mall, the bar, met through friends, at the restaurant, at a party or even at work. This girl could be anyone. Everyone has different tastes so the type of girl can vary.
Firstly, when this girl catches your eye, you should immediately go talk to her. You also have to be a good listener and show some interest in what she’s saying, even though you might not always be interested in what she’s talking about. If this works out well, you should then ask her to see her again and maybe exchange phone numbers.
Secondly, keep in note that before you get too far with this girl, you should ask your mutual friends the kind of person she is to see if it’s all really worth it. By doing this, you get to know if this girl is really someone you’d want to get to know.
Finally, you take this girl out on a date if she’s really what you’re looking for. During this date you should ask her questions, but don’t get too personal because this is just your first date. You can ask her questions like ``what do you like to do in your spare time``…``Where are you originally from``…``How would you have to describe yourself…``. My March Break
On my march break I played four playoffs games. The first weekend we went to Iroquois Falls for the first series game and we lost. Then the next day, we had a game another game in Temiscaming for the game two and we won in ot. It was a great game. We werw very tired because we played with only 12 players. I had a few days for relaxing between my games. The second weekend we went again to Iroquois Falls for the third game. We lost but the game was exciting because I fought with the goalthender. Sunday we played in Temiscaming and we lost again. We were tired and everybody are injured.

How to Climb a Hill with a Mountain Bike

Climbing a high hill on a mountain bike on a trail is very simple if you follow these steps. The first step is to make sure your rear tire has a good spike. Then you should make sure that the tire has a lot of air. The second step is to change the gear before you arrive at the hill for grinding more freely. You should put your chain on the first plat and on the first or second speed. You need to push with one of your legs and pull with the other. Your feet have to make a perfect circle with your heel and your toes then you will save energy for the rest of the race. Moreover, you need to push your chest in front of the bike so that the weight is on the front wheel. You need to do as if you want bite the handlebar. You have to do this step if you don’t want the front wheel to raise and fall on your back. The next step is to concentrate on your weight on the rear wheel. You need to put your behind on the tip of your seat to have a good traction with the tire and the ground. If your weight will be all concentrated on the rear wheel then you will easily to climb a high hill. The last step is to judge to put the right gear feet by feet to make the grinding easy. Sometimes you need to change many times gear so that you don’t miss adherence. If you follow all these steps, you will be good at climbing all the hills in your town.
